What people come in for
What our neighbors tell us
This is what people say when they book, not a list of what we treat. Your acupuncturist asks about your whole week.
Back and neck aches
Tight shoulders, a stiff low back, the ache after a long shift or a long drive.
Headaches
The kind that arrive at the end of the week, or with a change in weather.
Sleep
Falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up before the alarm.
Stress and a busy mind
A tight chest, a clenched jaw, a mind that will not slow down.
Joints and stiffness
Knees, hips and hands that complain in the morning or after sitting.
Digestion and appetite
An unsettled stomach, or meals that do not sit well when you are stressed.
Plainly
What acupuncture does not do
Acupuncture does not replace your doctor's care or your medicines, and results vary from person to person. We do not tell anyone to stop a medicine or skip an appointment.
See a doctor first for chest pain, sudden weakness or numbness, a severe headache that came on suddenly, a high fever, or a new problem that scares you. In an emergency, call 911.
If you are struggling with your mood or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 at any hour. Acupuncture is not a substitute for therapy.
