Changing a visit

Walk-in visits need no notice. If you booked a time, please tell us a day ahead if you need to change it, so someone else can have the chair. Call or write.

Clean needles and risks

We use sterile, single-use needles from sealed packs, and used needles go into a sharps container. Every treatment has risks. Yours are small, and your acupuncturist explains them before the first needle: soreness, light bruising, feeling light-headed and, rarely, bleeding or infection.

Shared room

Several people rest at once. Please keep your voice low and your phone on silent. If you would rather be seen alone, tell us, and we will see what we can arrange.

Access

Tell us what would make a visit easier: a chair that sits upright, extra time, a quieter corner or help with the door. We will do what we can, and we will tell you what we can't.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Our privacy page says what this website collects.
